What is RSS? How can I use it?

RSS, or Really Simple Syndication, is an XML-based format for content syndication. This syndication allows you to access the content from the News page on this site in other sites such as BlogLines or My Yahoo!, web logs (blogs), or in a news reader that displays RSS feeds from the Web sites you select, enabling you to view hundreds of headlines at once.

Whichever you choose, you can add the feed by right-clicking on the "XML" orange button at the bottom of the News page, copying the address (url), and pasting it into the news reader software or website of your choice.
